I put it in our new bedroom we are just finishing building a home so I haven't turned on the fan yet so I am hoping it gives us good air flow. The fan was a little difficult to put up, but nothing to hard just time consuming. The light bulbs may be a little time consuming to change since you will have to take the metal piece off each time you change the bulb. I hope maybe we don't have to change the bulbs too many times.
